Smii Product
1.What makes smii candles different?
SInce 2019, we've prided ourselves on making high-quality products that are easy on the environment and your wallet. We use soy wax and cotton wicks to produce paraffin-free, smoke-free scented candles that come in cute little jars of happiness that help decorate your space even after the candle has finished.
2. What ingredients are used in smii candles?
All of our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced to create safe, sustainable products that are vegan, paraffin-free and pet friendly.
All of our candles are made with 100% soy wax and cotton core wicks. All our products are made using a blend of fine fragrance oils that consist of natural and man-made materials.
3. Are the candles hand-poured?
Yes, all our candles are hand-poured. We focus on small batch productions, only using the best of ingredients, to let our clients enjoy the luxury of handmade products.
4. What are the jars made of? Can they be recycled?
Our little jars of happiness are made of glass and they can be repurposed in a ton of different ways.
5. Do you accept used jars?
We try our best to be as environmentally conscious as possible, therefore our glass jars can be used in multiple ways after the candle finishes. Read all about it on (add link to blog). We will also give you a new candle for every 3 Smiisenses used jars that you return to us.
6. Do you offer customised fragrances/personalised boxes?
Our development and production calendars are unfortunately booked at this time and we are unable to take on additional custom projects. We do not manufacture white label products.
7. What’s the best way to take care of your candles?
Products need love too! To care for our candles, trim the candle’s wick to 1/4” before or after every burn session and allow the candle to burn for 3-4 hour intervals, or until a full melt pool has formed.
8. Can I get a fragrance sample?
You can get a fragrance sample for bulk orders.
Orders
1. Can I change/cancel my order?
Any order can be changed or canceled, so long as it hasn’t left our warehouse. If you haven’t received your shipment confirmation email and would like to change or cancel your order, please reach out to our team at smiisenses@gmail.com
2. Can I send my order as a gift?
ABSOLUTELY!! Smiisenses products make the perfect gift for every occasion. We would be more than happy to gift wrap your candle and send a note with it.
3. How do I apply a discount code?
If you've received a discount code through a special promotion, you can enter it at checkout to apply the discount.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
Unfortunately, we do not offer COD currently. You can pay using Debit card, Credit Card and Wallets.
5. Where can I find your products near me? Offline shops/stores.
We do not have a bricks and mortar store at the moment. You can access our stocklist on smiisenses.com or Amazon. Don't worry, we offer express deliveries for last minute orders.
6. Do you offer wholesale opportunities/ reduced pricing for bulk orders?
We offer wholesale pricing to select retail partners. If you're interested in carrying Smiisenses products in your store, please request a wholesale application at smiisenses@gmail.com and we'll get back to you shortly.
7. What should I do if a product I received is damaged?
We will replace or refund products that were damaged during shipment if photographic proof of the damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.
In the event that the package was damaged during shipping, you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been lit.
Shipping
1. Where do you ship?
We ship Pan India.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Sure do! Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders within India. We offer free shipping on all orders with a standard shipping method, we charge a minimal shipping fee of Rs.100/- for all express orders.
3. How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 4-6 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, domestic orders shipped within India may take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on location.
Please note: once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Can I return/exchange my smii product?
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at the moment. For in depth conditions of our return policy, please click here(link to the return policy)
2.Do you offer refunds?
We’re sorry to hear that you’re unsatisfied with the product. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any undamaged product. If there is a manufacturing defect in a candle, we can replace the candle or refund your money.
