At Smiisenses, every candle is carefully handcrafted and packed with attention to quality. Because our products are fragile, heat-sensitive, and made for personal use, we follow a limited return and replacement policy. Please read this carefully before raising a request.

When We Accept Returns

We only accept returns or replacements in the following situations:

  • Product received damaged or broken
  • Wrong item delivered

To be eligible, your request must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and unburned
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Clear photos and an unboxing video are provided for verification

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for approval.

What We Do Not Accept Returns For

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or burned candles
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or fragrance — these are natural to handmade products
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@smiisenses.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and unboxing video
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  3. If approved, you'll receive instructions on how and where to send the item back
  4. The product must be returned within 7 days of receiving approval

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

Haven't received your refund yet? Please try the following steps before contacting us:

  1. Recheck your bank account or payment app
  2. Contact your card provider — processing times can vary
  3. Reach out to your bank directly

If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@smiisenses.com and we'll look into it.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. To request an exchange, reach out to us at support@smiisenses.com with your order details and supporting photos.

Please note that shipping time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For approved returns, please send your item to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or obtaining a proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
